Permissions
Who may do what on each internal tool. A change here takes effect the next time that person loads the tool, with no deploy and no waiting. Only the two accounts on this page's delegate list can see or change it.
Staff and their tiers
User is the default and needs no grant: anyone who can sign in to a tool has it. Editor can change shared records. Manager can reach settings, archives and money. A tool that offers no Editor has no sensible middle step, and Deliveries is deliberately two-tier because its whole design keeps costs and margins away from the browser. Hover a column heading to see what each tier means there.
Someone not on the list
The staff list comes from the Awards roster, the fullest the estate keeps. A contractor or a new starter who is not on it yet can still be granted a tier by address, and will appear above from then on.
